Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
No. We can only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We are unable to send magazine subscriptions to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. protectorates, or other destinations outside the U.S.
What type of payments do you accept?
You may pay using your Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express through PayPal. Additionally, if you have a PayPal account, you can also use any other payment method offered by PayPal (eCheck, Direct funds Transfer, PayPal Balance, etc.).
Can I mail in a payment or pay in another way?
In order to streamline our order processing and fulfillment, we now only offer electronic payment processing.
How long will it take to receive my first issue?
The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published. Publishers ask that you allow 4-10 weeks for your first issue to arrive. This is the standard industry lead time. [ Why? ]
What about refunds or canceling my order?
Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your order within 48 hours after placing the order. Usually an order can be canceled and a refund processed during that time-frame. However, after 72 hours, the order has been sent to the publisher and refunds are not normally issued.
Can I renew my subscription through Subscribers Club?
Yes. Please make sure to complete your order using your name and address EXACTLY as it appears on your current mailing label. Your order will be added to the end of your current subscription.
I renewed my current subscription through Subscribers Club, but now I'm getting two copies of the same magazine!
Chances are, when you placed the renewal order, your name and address were not EXACTLY as it appeared on your current mailing label (even a small difference can cause this).
In order to correct the problem, you need to call the magazine's customer service number for assistance. You will need the mailing label from BOTH issues. The publisher will combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate for the duplicate issues.
Do you automatically renew subscriptions?
No, we let you control the renewal process.
Change of Address or Service
The most direct way of changing the address or service on a subscription is to contact the publisher directly. You can find publisher contact information in your latest issue of the magazine.
How do I give a subscription as a gift?
There are two ways. The first, most efficient, is to purchase a Gift
Certificate. We will send the Gift Certificate to the person you specify. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not refundable.
The second way would be to give a specific subscription as a gift instead. Simply place your order as usual and provide the (1) name of the gift magazine, (2) the name of the recipient and, (3) the recipient's mailing address in the "Customer notes:" section.
To redeem a Gift Certificate:
Select Gift Certificate as the method of payment. Your balance due will be reduced
by the amount of the certificate and you will then select the method of payment for
the remaining balance due.
If you spend less than the full amount of your Gift Certificate, your invoice will show the amount spent. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Certificate for use in future purchases. Login and click on the Gift Certificate link on the home page to check the status and balance of your certificate.
When does my Gift Certificate expire?
A Gift Certificate expires 1 year from it's issue date. Subscribers Club is not required to honor the Gift Certificate after the expiration date.
What if I lose my Gift Certificate?
Our customer service representatives can help a recipient find the claim code of a
misplaced or accidentally deleted Gift Certificate.
